ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Royal Mail 2nd class tracked. Post's delivery standard is 2-3 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 applies to orders shipping to UK mainland destinations.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £2.99 flat rate shipping to UK mainland.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer European shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We offer International shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Europe: £5.99 allow 7-10 days for delivery. International: £14.99 allow 14-20 days for delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ste Maguire Photography is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stemaguirephotography@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
